Festive Flow & Deep Restore + Sound Healing - A Christmas Workshop
With the festive season upon us, why not treat yourself to a little indulgence to relax and unwind in the run up to Christmas & New years.
The Yoga:
Kelly will begin this workshop with a lovely flow yoga sequence to get you moving and de-stressed, followed by some calming yoga postures focusing on hips & twists to help you restore your energy levels, encourage tension release and improve flexibility.
To complete the indulgence we will also be practising with aromatherapy for Christmas, to calm your mind and soothe your senses. Cinnamon, pine, frankincense & orange are the essential oils for this season. Each client will walk away with a convenient complimentary roller ball vial with a blend of the above oils.
The Sound Healing:
Beat the Holiday Season Stress…. With a Soothing Soulavita Soundscape that will nourish your body, mind and soul with the beautiful bell like sounds.
This Soulavita Soundscape is the last one for the Year at Sun Moon Yoga Studio and Estelle Amelia from Soulavita is going to be offering for the very first time an Exclusive One to One healing in this live pure transcendental Soundscape session.
Estelle will produce specific healing sound frequencies from her ancient and modern sound instruments. These powerful sounds and vibrations will restore life force energy back into your body to re-balance, reduce stress and break down emotional blockages, allowing the mind to be still and find a deeply restful place to find inner PEACE and JOY!
This session will have you feeling Relaxed, Uplifted and Renewed.
